How to Spend a Sunday on Sanibel Island

This afternoon we beat the rain and went out to church at St. Isabela Catholic Church where we saw many little lizards and then had lunch at the Sanibel Cafe. Blind Pass Beach on Captiva Island during low tide was a great spot for shelling and finding crabs, horse conch shells and of course sea urchins.

They had a Facebook check-in deal that gave us a free non-alcoholic beverage with every check-in! Saved $7.00.

A large Horse Conch with a crab inside!

He was anxious to get back to the ocean...

Waiting to steal the fish the fishermen were trying to get.
